      <image:title>Meet Ron - Meet Ron</image:title>
<image:caption>Ron Bryce is the owner of Coffeyville Coffee Company. He is active as a member of the Midland Theater Foundation board, the Coffeyville Chamber of Commerce board, and the Coffeyville Community College board of trustees. Ron is a retired physician who began his medical career at Coffeyville Memorial Hospital and went on to establish Christian medical outreaches. He earned his medical degree in 1986 from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine. A former member of the ORU Alumni Association board, in 2016 he was honored as ORU Alumnus of the Year. He is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Associations and served as a state representative for CMDA from 2011 to 2015. In reviewing his career as a physician Ron says, “I am greatly indebted to the countless people who allowed me the privilege of caring for them. I want to thank them for what they helped me learn about people, about the world we live in, and about the Creator. And I would like to recognize the nurses, physicians, and other professionals in the healing arts who give their time, energy, and resources for the betterment of mankind. It has been my privilege to have worked with some of the most giving, tireless, and selfless people imaginable. I am proud to be considered one of their peers.” Dr. Bryce is a published author and former medical school professor. He is a business entrepreneur who knows the challenges faced by small businesses. He and his wife Lydia have four grown children and two grandchildren, with a third on the way. Dr. Bryce says, “I am especially thankful for my wife, Lydia. She is a constant help and encouragement.” And about why he is running for office, “I believe I have the knowledge, the life experiences, and the expertise to be a successful member of the Kansas House of Representatives. I see great things ahead for this area, and I want to be a part of that.”</image:caption>
